The Dreams Valley Riva project is being implemented on an area of ​​1 million 157 thousand square meters. And there is a private forest area of ​​approximately 207 thousand square meters. The project is large and spacious.

In addition to living spaces, there is the concept of living in touch with nature. In our project, which consists of 509 villas and a commercial-social center, infrastructure and superstructure installations, including Ventilation system, Heating Cooling System, Fire Installation, Clean water and Waste Water Installations were made.
